The content on our Platform, including comparisons of proprietary trading firms (“prop firms”), is provided for informational purposes only. We do not offer financial, investment, or trading advice, nor do we recommend specific trading decisions. While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranties or representations regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the information. You should verify all details directly with the respective prop firms before making decisions.

2.2 Affiliate Links and Commissions

Some links on our Platform are affiliate links. If you purchase a product or service through these links, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. These commissions do not influence our content, reviews, or recommendations, which remain impartial.

2.3 Third-Party Information

Information about prop firms (e.g., challenge accounts, pricing, terms) is sourced from third parties. We are not responsible for inaccuracies, changes, or omissions in this information. Always consult the prop firm’s official website for the most current details.

3.1 Price Transparency

We display pricing information for prop firm challenge accounts based on data provided by the firms or their affiliates. Prices shown are indicative and subject to change by the prop firm. The final price you pay is determined by the prop firm at the time of purchase, and discrepancies may occur due to:

• Currency fluctuations.
• Human error.
• Promotional offers or discounts applied by the prop firm.
• Additional fees (e.g., taxes, transaction fees) imposed by the prop firm or payment processor.

We are not liable for discrepancies between displayed prices and the final price charged by the prop firm. You should confirm the final price on the prop firm’s website before completing a purchase.

3.2 No Direct Transactions

Prop Firms Compared does not process payments or sell challenge accounts directly. All transactions occur between you and the prop firm or their payment processor. We are not responsible for payment disputes, refunds, or transaction errors, which should be addressed with the prop firm.

3.3 Prop Points as Rewards

Prop Points earned through our Rewards Program (see Section 4) are not monetary and cannot be exchanged for cash. They are redeemable only for free challenge accounts as specified.

Our Prop Points Rewards Program allows you to earn points for eligible challenge account purchases made through affiliate links on our Platform. Below are the program details:

4.1 Earning Points

Points are awarded based on the challenge account size and type purchased. Points are credited to your account within 30 days of a confirmed purchase, subject to verification with the prop firm. Purchases that are refunded or cancelled do not earn points.

4.2 Redeeming Points

You can redeem points for a free challenge account, subject to availability and prop firm terms:

• $5,000 challenge account: 1000 points
• $10,000 challenge account: 1,800 points
• $25,000 challenge account: 4,400 points
• $50,000 challenge account: 6,600 points
• $100,000 challenge account: 9,160 points
• $200,000 challenge account: 22,600 points

4.3 Program Rules

• Points are non-transferable, have no cash value, and do not expire.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time without prior notice. Existing points remain valid unless the program is terminated, in which case we will provide 30 days’ notice to redeem points.
• Points cannot be earned or redeemed for fraudulent, refunded, or ineligible purchases.
• Redemption is subject to prop firm availability and terms, which may change.

5.1 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username, password).
• Notifying us immediately at support@propfirmscompared.com if you suspect unauthorised access or use of your account.

We are not liable for losses or damages resulting from your failure to secure your account.

5.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering or using the Platform. We are not responsible for issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete information.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for unlawful purposes or in violation of local, national, or international laws.
• Engage in spamming, hacking, scraping, or other activities that disrupt the Platform.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others.
• Use automated tools (e.g., bots, crawlers) to access or extract data without permission.
• Post or transmit harmful content, including viruses or malicious code.
• Slander or make false accusations: We may suspend or terminate your account if you engage in online slander, defamation, or spread false accusations about Prop Firms Compared, its affiliates, employees, or partners, including misleading or harmful statements on social media, review platforms, or other public forums.

We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these terms, as outlined in Section 9.

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Prop Firms Compared or its licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any content without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use as permitted by law.

7.1 No Warranties

The Platform and its content are provided “as is” without warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform.

7.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prop Firms Compared, its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Inaccuracies or omissions in content, including pricing or prop firm information.
• Actions or omissions of third parties, including prop firms or affiliate partners.
• Unauthorised access to your account or data, except where caused by our negligence.

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed £100 or the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim, whichever is lower.

7.3 Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, your statutory rights are not affected by these T&Cs. You can contact the UK Citizens Advice service or the ICO for guidance on your rights.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prop Firms Compared, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, losses, or damages, including legal fees, arising from:

• Your violation of these T&Cs.
• Your use of the Platform, including reliance on its content.
• Your infringement of third-party rights (e.g., intellectual property).

9.1 By You

You may stop using the Platform at any time. To delete your account, contact us at support@propfirmscompared.com.

9.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, with or without notice, if you:

• Breach these T&Cs.
• Engage in prohibited activities (Section 5.3).
• Pose a security or legal risk to the Platform or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases, but earned Prop Points remain redeemable for 30 days, subject to program rules. Sections 7, 8, 10, and 11 survive termination.

10.1 Governing Law

These T&Cs are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

10.2 Dispute Resolution

• Informal Resolution: If you have a concern, contact us at services@propfirmscompared.com. We aim to resolve issues within 30 days.
• Jurisdiction: Any disputes not resolved informally are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where consumer laws grant you the right to pursue claims in your local jurisdiction.
• Consumer Disputes: If you are a consumer, you may use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr or contact the ICO for assistance.

We may update these T&Cs to reflect changes in our practices, services, or legal requirements. Significant changes will be communicated via:

• Email (if provided).
• A notice on the Platform.

Updates take effect upon posting unless otherwise stated. Continued use of the Platform after changes indicates acceptance. Check this page regularly for updates.

While we strive for accuracy, some information may be outdated or incorrect. We may receive a commission if you click on a link and make a purchase, at no additional cost to you.

• Entire Agreement: These T&Cs, together with the Privacy and Cookie Policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Prop Firms Compared.
• Severability: If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
• No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not waive that right or provision.
• Assignment: We may assign our rights and obligations under these T&Cs to a third party (e.g., in a merger). You may not assign your rights without our consent.
